Remap
handles approximately 3000 referrals nationally every year. The
majority of referrals come through Occupational Therapists and other
healthcare professionals. Requests from individuals or their carers are always considered but may be subject to professional medical assessment in certain cases. Most referrals are for the exclusive use of 'named' individuals but cases can be accepted for supervised communal use such as special schools or rehabilitation centres. |
