Funding, Donations & Assistance

Remap products are FREE of CHARGE to clients.

 

Our projects are funded entirely by voluntary donations and the time given freely by our volunteer members.

 

Much of the material used to fulfil projects is recycled, recovered or donated by generous local manufacturers.

 

Donated funds are mainly used for the purchase of specialised items of equipment or materials that cannot be improvised or recovered from other sources. 

 

Administrative expenses absorb little more than 5% of donated funds making Remap a highly cost effective charity.

 
It has been calculated that with the efforts and resourcefulness of our engineers, each donated £1 converts to approximately £20 of equivalent bought product.
